How do we give you a natural edge?

We follow a three-step approach: Assess, Commit, Improve.

Assess

As your environmental consultant, we explore your current impact by getting to know your team and your company as a whole. This isn’t a quick audit. We conduct staff interviews, site visits, and document reviews to get a deep understanding of how you operate.

A staff survey will also be sent out to all staff. This lets us hear directly from your team about what’s working and what they think could be improved. Completing this survey enables your team to feel part of the process while setting a benchmark for future assessments.

Once we’ve completed the background research, we present the findings to your entire team in a digestible and transparent manner. Our goal is to empower your entire company to operate more sustainably.

Commit

We create your environmental policy document and set clear objectives and timelines. During this stage, we develop your website content and core messaging for internal and external communications. Through this messaging, we demonstrate your environmental commitment to your team and your customers.

Improve

We provide a detailed future action proposal outlining exactly how to achieve your environmental objectives. You can either implement these recommendations internally or continue working with us through flexible ongoing support tailored to your needs.

Putting your commitment into words

Once we’ve completed your audit and gathered insights from your team, we use our expertise to write your personalised environmental policy and supporting webpage.

We believe the written content that illustrates your environmental commitment should be consistent with your brand message and the values that matter to you—not simply a generic statement. We make sure your environmental message is consistent with how you speak to your customers, suppliers and team.

Keeping your tone consistent is important as it ensures your initiatives are impactful internally and also helps you create meaningful connections externally.

Why we do what we do

We do this for the planet. Our background is in conservation, and our passion is changing behaviours and actions so that we can improve the world around us—both for ourselves and for future generations.

As environmental consultants, we want to see our solutions making a difference in your office, warehouse or site. We want to see your staff enthused by your business’ new environmental commitments. And fundamentally, we want our work to contribute to something far bigger than ourselves.

Whilst we can’t solve climate change or plastic pollution in our oceans overnight, we truly believe that our actions matter—the changes we make can, and do, have an impact. We’d love you to share that vision with us.
